There are a number of strategies depending upon the equipment that you have available. Crocodile have very strong muscles that close their jaws, but much weaker muscles to open their jaws, so if you can tape their jaws shut with Duct Tape, they can't bite you. If you have a large knife (in the style of Crocodile Dundee) you can stab the crocodile through the top of its head, into its brain and kill it. With a rocket propelled grenade, I could blow it into small pieces. Failing that, I would just run away or get back into my boat and leave by whatever propulsive means is available. And if all of those strategies fail, I would die and be eaten.
Find something that you can get and get it and hit the crocodile or try to stabb it and when it lets go tie something on your injury and run.
You get away from it. Are you aware of what happened to that Australian zookeeper guy?

The crocodile ate Captain Hook's hand (hence the hook) and acquired a taste for the captain and seeks to devour him at every opportunity!
Assuming that a crocodile is chasing you, turn sharply to your left or to your right, and keep running. Crocs and alligators cannot turn very quickly, at all.
