What do you do if a girl left you but she says she still likes you but just wants to be friends because she is too busy to be in a relationship?

you should be friends first. once you are in her world a little deeper the time shared by you both will or should turn into a more meaningfull relationship. The decision is yours. If you can handle the relationship as only friends, then go for it. If you have to hold her hand and have romantic visits, then get away. She'll reject that kind of attention. If she doesn't have time, then she doesn't have time. Bad break. Oh, well. Respect her wishes and remain buddies, or reduce your contact with her if that is uncomfortable for you. I know more than a few high-school kids who refuse to get involved in anything but platonic relationships because of the distraction and inevitable heart-ache. Nowadays, with so many kids going off to college, it's very difficult to sustain a relationship beyond high-school graduation. And even if that is not a consideration, the gossip and other puerile nonsense teenagers engage in can be a major distraction from school work. Any ambitious high-schooler would be wise to avoid romantic involvements. Respect her space and she'll respect you. Continue to be friends, keep in touch, share an occasional lunch or other unassuming activity, and then at a time when she decides that she has the time and is open to a more committed relationship, she'll let you know. You probably should date around and share the knowledge with her as your friend that you had a date with so-and-so. After a while she will reassess her situation. If she dates someone occasionally, support her and continue to be her friend. If she eventually wants to re-establish the relationship with you it will happen. If not, there is nothing you can do.
