Yell. Don't be afraid to make noise. It will attract attention that will either scare away your captor or aid in your rescue.
Get physical. This is a good time for violence. Punch, hit, kick, jab, pinch, bite, spit, squirm, and anything else you can. It will make you harder to carry away.
Leave a clue. If you are alone and there is no one else around, leave a hint that you were there. Drop a piece of paper with your handwriting on it. Drop something unusual, something that people will recognize that it is yours and most likely no one else's. This will help the police find you faster, because they know where to search for the captor's DNA and other clues.
If your captor has a weapon, don't be stupid. Don't fight. Don't yell. Just try to leave some sort of clue. There is no doubt they will hurt you if you do yell or get violent.
