What do you do if someone said something that really hurt your feelings but it happened a year ago and you haven't seen the person since and it still makes you feel sad and angry?

Okay, your mad. Being mad is completely normal, dont sweat it. But if you been mad for over a year, you should go talk with your doctor. But if you dont want to spend money, a few tips can help you out:
1) Write notes to the person you are mad at; curse at them (in the note) and really let out your feelings for that person. DONT SEND THE NOTE.
2) Write a journal. Journals help a lot of troubled teenage girls solve their problems, it can work with you right?
3) Get a friend or a family member and have them give you advice. Remember to be grateful and say thank you.
4) Another method is grab your pillow and pertend it is that person. Talk to your pillow and tell it what you would tell the person.
These methods help people but remember to never hold a temper. Being calm and talking it over can help. NEVER FIGHT OR KILL SOMEBODY.
