What do you do if someone wrote you a bad check that is in the Army?

There are two things you can do:
- Request the person who gave you the bad check to give you a new check that is good
- If they refuse, you can lodge an official complaint with the cops reg. the same.
Just because someone is in the army does not mean that they can give you a bad check. The laws are the same for all citizens and you can legally prosecute the person until you get your money from them.
