The diagnostic port on a Hyundai Elantra is found inside the cabin. Lift the steering wheel up to make room. The port is found on the between the hood release and steering column.
Trouble code P0136 means: O2 Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
Possibly a wheel sensor, VSS or other problem. Check the computer diagnostic code to find out what's going on.
