take the fish out immedietly and drain the water. after you have drain the water wipe the inside of the tank with water. DO NOT USE SOAP TO CLEAN THE TANK, ONLY WATER. after you have done all of this clean out your filter and put a new filter sheet inside of the filter.
How long does it take for a oscar to get used to a new tank
If the tank is large enough. For rearing young Oscars a 50 gallon tank is about right for 5 fish.
Possibly the aquarium is too small for him/her and it is trying too escape the confines of the tank.
NO! Turtles are reptiles and should be kept in a vivarium never in an aquarium with fish. Reptiles and amphibians will foul the water and the fish will not survive.
I have an Oscar Cichlid in the same tank as mine and I also used to have it with guppy's.
A Redtail and an Oscar are two different types of fish
It depends on what size you have. You can have upto 1inch of fish for each U.S. gallon.
It all depends on how much other fish you have in the tank. Oscars need a lot of room so if there's tons of other fish in there it could cause problems. But if you have a couple it would be fine. If its a male Oscar its probably best you don't have them in a tank with any other Oscars. I volunteer at a pet store where they sell the fish so that's how I know this..
Oscar is a type of fish so he is a Oscar fish
Well....yes, you can. But I wouldn't expect to find your other fish in the morning. Your oscar will likely eat them.
