Being so young at such a high weight is not good for the health of a child. The parents or guardians should seek a primary care physical to go over a plan and goal for the young adult, to be able to drop some weight and live a healthier life style. It is important for the child's caregivers not to go into weigh loss for the child alone, as their still developing bodies need more calories than adults.

I think you are probably feeling a lot of pain around this issue. There is no easy solution to this. What can help is people who can help with your weight issue without making fun of you or being mean. I hope you have friends who support you and don't make fun of you.

The first step is to ask for help. Is there someone you can talk to about this and feel safe and comfortable doing this. Could a school nurse help you. What about a school counselor. You need someone that will listen to you and respect you.

I can imagine how cruel some people are being to you about this issue. I was teased for different reasons but it still hurt. Would your family help you out in any way.

I want to close by saying you have the power to change you. Don't ever let anyone that from you. Your journey with this will be a very long time and painful. But you can do this if you get the right support from the people you need and also possibly some therapy. Just a suggestion.
