"If you are working alone" you punch out, lock up, and go home as being alone there are no other employees.

Unfortunately, it is not a law. Of course if you feel that you are not safe working alone overnight, than tell your manager to either put 2 people on the shift or to take you off of that shift.

I am not a lawyer, but I can't see this being legal anywhere.I can see it being perfectly legal for the employer to fire the employee that made them pay some other employee overtime, though.
