You can. As long as the computer can read the picture file with paint, it will work. Just right click on a blank spot on the desktop, then "Properties". Click on the "Desktop" Tab, then click "Browse". Find your picture, and click ok, then apply/ok. Also, you could go to the picture, right-clik it, then select set as desktop background. i want a picture on set as desktop background
