There are various methods you could try short of obtaining some sort of sleeping medication, effects will vary. Do your best to clear your mind. If this is not possible you might try "counting sheep" or doing math problems in your head. Try to relax and loosen your muscles, and breathe deeply using your diaphragm. If your head/neck are in an uncomfortable position your ability to fall asleep will be affected and maybe compromised altogether, so utilize your pillow and do your best to find a comfortable position in which to lay.
This is all very good stuff. In addition, try these things: Define yourself as one of these: A "back" sleeper, a "stomach" sleeper or a "side" sleeper. If you are a back sleeper, get a medium-firm pillow. Stomach sleeper, you want a soft pillow. Side sleeper: Very firm pillow (memory foam is excellent). Other things to try: Before you get in bed, get down on all fours and lumber all around your bedroom like a lazy bear - do it until you are exhausted or weary with it - then climb into bed.
Use your imagination. When you get into bed, you have just come in from a bone-chilling cold, and someone has a clean, well-blanketed bed for you to climb into. You are blessedly grateful. You'd be amazed how that can help!
no way in the morning you would fall asleep so there is no reason why
your rhythm is disturbed so it may not go easy, or it does because you kept awake all night. But it may no problem
Your sleep cycle will be messed up and you will most likely be awake through most of the night.
If you fall asleep , you can lapse into a coma.
No; there are many possible reasons it might be difficult to fall asleep, but no one else's dreams have any influence on you. Coffee and other caffeine drinks, such as "energy drinks" are much more likely to be at fault.
You have stayed up too late the last night and slept in too much the last morning. That keeps you awake. Or you are an insomniac which you can get medicine for that's what I am you should really look into it
you cant really make sleeping potions. you can make someone (or yourself) fall asleep by watching a really boring boring movie late at night and you will fall asleep :)
count sheep
You don't. She stays awake for the whole game after you try to pick the flower. It is not needed for her to fall asleep in order to get what you need.
If you want to go to sleep faster, you just have to try and stay awake. It's like a reverse thing. Try it out. It actually works.
It can be helpful at night sometimes when you cant fall asleep. My mom will sometimes take a regular strength Tylenol to help her relax a bit and fall asleep. But if you take it during the day, you should be all set.
It will fall asleep
