Then you can just ride on, the other rider has to go on the insidetrack to avoid you.
Everybody who rides just calls it bareback. But if you dont ride it's bareback riding. (improving answer) if you look in the dictionary, it is actually bareback (one word) and as the person before me, most just call it bareback well for short its is called bare back riding. bare horse back riding is just the longer name for it

* you must never show signs of fear. * sit up straight and not slouch in the saddle. * point your toes in. * dont squeeze with your knees.(too much) * dont have washing line reins, keep them fairly short, without reining your horse back... * sit STILL, dont figit. * keep you thumbs on top the reins. * heels down. * balance yourself in the saddle, dont sit leaning to one side. * squeeze rather than kicking, to make the horse go forward! * ride the horse forwards if slow!! * if fast dont be afraid to pull back!! * use your riding aids * talk to your horse, people wont think your crazy, because they probably do it to * after you horse has done something good reward him with a pat or fuss * dont be scared!!
You don't... you wait it out, and help the horse Recover... Dont start riding your horse till the vet or farrier has said that you can start to bring it slowing back it too work. Not hard walk though ( just a short trail ride everyday. if your horse gets sore from you riding it you should stop straight away. but you have too wait till the horse has fully recovered.
you must be in control at all times, be aware of your surroundings, dont underestimate your horses instincts, dont over work the horse, watch for signs of soreness, dont canter on rocky roads or pavement without shoes (even with shoes its not too great for the horses feet)
please do! dont let this hold you back! you will regret it if you dont, trust me it will be the best thing you ever do!
Horseriding is a sport, and anybody who tells you otherwise knows nothing about it. There are several equestrian disciplines at the Olympics. Most people don't consider horse back riding a sport because they have never tried it before. I know I'm an instrutor. I have taught many people that used to be that way, until their first riding lesson!
I'm guessing you meant 'rearing' ? if you are riding lean forward and talk to the horse calmly! dont scream as this could make it bolt. Try to make the horse walk on. DO NOT tell the horse off! it was proberly scared of something. If the horse does this repeatedly I would suggest getting its teeth, back and saddle checked. Also check your riding as you could be the one making it rear!If you are leading the horse get out of the way!! try to keep hold of the lead rope but not to hurt youself! Walk the horse on confidently and praise him! Again the horse may of been scared of something of his back may hurt. :)Blue's Answer:I agree to this but you need to make sure the horse knows its okay and relax if your riding. Also if you don't take charge of the horse right away the horse might start rearing everytime you get on. You really need to take charge and if the horse tries it again don't let him, make him turn in a circle. Hope this helps!Blue
Nothing. You dont get the horse and the owner of the horse takes it back.
no i dont think so
Ride control is a general car term for how the vehicle handles on the road, e.g. how it corners, how it responds to wind, road conditions, etc.
there are many jobs. one is you can take them horse back riding which helps them with their motor skills. Also you can do the same with taking them to dolphins to ride them (but studies show dolphins dont like it very much)
