What do you do if you fall off your horse and have sore neck and back?

you fall off and then you lay there for a second and make sure your not seriously hurt and then you get the horse and YOU GET RIGHT BACK ON! that is important. you don't even have to do anything except walk but it's better to just ride your horse again and correct whatever made you fall off.

∙ 12y agoYou probably have strained some muscles and they are simply sore. The soreness should ease in 3 or 4 days. If it does not or the pain is sharp and not relived by Motrin or Tylenol you should see a doctor as you may have injured your neck or back more seriously.
