This question really depends on a variety of factors. 1. How does you knowing that he is using drugs affect you?
2. What drug(s) is he using and how frequently is he using them?
3. If his drug use bothers you, is he willing to quit or at least cut down? If he is unwilling to stop use, and his use is negatively impacting your life, then the best option would be to break up with him.
