Use restore feature in iTunes. Simply connect the iPod to your computer and choose "restore." (Click what you named your your Ipod nano.) This is generally pretty easy and can be done in no time. For more information, you can visit the Apple Support website... address to follow. http://support.apple.com this is what you do all you have to do is connect you ipod nano to you computer and then diss connect it if that doesent work try this.hold the menu buttin and the middle buttin and it will rest you ipod but the music will not be erased. 100% works tested! Im doing it right now!:)
