This has happened to me before..... my best friend has this huge crush on the guy i like. and she really really likes him and so do i but she is my best friend and more than anything i want her to be happy...even if it hurts me.........One day she asked him out and he said yes... i was crushed but she was glowing with happiness... i was happpy for her but it hurt that i really liked him... the same day he broke up with her... she was crushed and i was hurt for her pain..................it turned out that he is really a jerk and he recentlly started acting cool(by the way he was also my BESTEST guy friend and we always hung out.)he started ignoring me and being a jerk... alotof things happend and i got really hurt and every time i see him i freak out and spazz.... it hurt anytime someone mentions his name.... or i see him. i still like and hate him at the same time but i mainly don't like him cuz he hurt my friend.
So my point is that you shouldn't wastea great friendship over a guy...but you don't have to stop liking him... also you should be smart and talk to your friend about and tell her how you feel.....i wish i did and maybe it wont work out for them!!! you never know.
