Here is the full story.
My daughter is away living in an apartment for College. She got a package delivered to her from UPS, signed for it and assumed it was something addressed to her. It's not uncommon for her to get packages since she lives far away from home. After opening it she noticed it was some really nice stuff and looked who it was from. She then noticed it was her address but someone elses name was on it. It could be the person that lived there before her, who knows. What do you do? Do you call UPS and tell them to send it back to the company and that you already opened it. Not to be selfish but she doesn't want to pay any money to ship it back. It's not like the mail where you put return to sender, but I don't believe they even take something after it's been opened.

yep
Of course. You can add anyone to your mail. You don't need to tell them they don't live there.
A physical address is where you live, or in the case of a business, where the store itself is located. The reason they specify is that sometimes the mailing address is different from the physical address. (a post office box for example)
So that thay can email you and ask you(in the email) where you live so they can deliver it to your house.
mail it to there address were they live
If your asking when amazon will deliver your bb gun I don't know. It honestly depends on where you live, what shipping package you picked, and how long it will take amazon to ship it out
This person probably lived there before you and hasn't made a address change for his mail.

it depends on where you live and where that package was sent from idiot
