You learn to accept yourself for who you are, and you learn to see the good qualities you have, because EVERYONE has them. If you are not starving, being abused/neglected, dying of a disease, or being hurt by someone else, then you are fine. I know this because I had depression when I was eleven. I was about ready to kill myself. But now, there are children dying in their mother's arms somewhere else in the world. We have to be thankful we are not in that situation, starving, hungry, and homeless.

There are two choices in this matter. One choice is to get to know the parents so they don't hate you and the other is to find a new girlfriend. If you force the issue with her to choose between you or them she will eventually hate you because you came between them and her. There is a reason why the parents don't like you. Is it because you are older? Disrespectful? School drop out/slacker? Stoner? In a gang? Rude? Swear? Look at yourself and see what you can do to change yourself. You can't change your age, but you can change the other things. It could be that you are REALLY too old for her.

Why would you hate yourself? I OBVIOUSLY don't know who you are, but if you hate yourself then this could lead to something a lot more serious like depression, so i very strongly suggest that you go to a specialist and/or councilor as soon as possible.
