Only the mildest form of gum disease, 'gingivitis' can be cured. The more advanced stages of gum disease are largely irreversible and can only be controlled through professional care at a dental office and adequate oral hygiene. Sometimes other factors, such as underlying systemic disease or medications, can have an impact on the course of the disease. See your dentist.

Take a teaspoon if sea salt and mix it it with a cup of warm - slightly hot water. Rinse well and do this three times a day (after brushing). And don't forget to floss. Hope I helped! :)
