It could be many things. The most common would be a kidney infection or injury. You should go to the doctor, and have a urine sample checked out. If your a teenage boy it may be that you have prostate utheritis (not sure how it's spelt) I have this problem at the moment what they can do to finalise that you have it is you go in for a cysoscopy, they would insert a tiny camera into your penis and look for the signs of inflamitory. There isn't anything they can do to stop the pain but they can help the blood stop by giving you a course of antibiotics. You just need to live with it for however long you have it, it could be 1-8months or 1-8 years
