Does he know that you like him, if he does try talking to him for a while just start talking and work the question "do you like anyone" into the conversation. If he doesnt know that's even a better reason to talk to him but when you do listen to him and talk about yourself, just not to much. Talk to him every other day or soo, and if he doesnt start flirting with you or looking at you a lot, then even though it will be hard, try to move on not neccesarily to another guy and if he starts to talk to you more after you move on move back in lol. And one last thing if his friends say he likes you , don't always trust them.
