Clearly this guy is not in to her, is causing problems between both of you, and she's got a case of jealousy. Here's a suggestion: STAY AWAY FROM THE DUDE. lol really. If you truly value your friendship and that doesn't seem to work, then you might want to tell the guy that she hates you when you are around him and to back off and try to talk to her.
If you talk to your best friend and she's cool with that, she's a real friend. She has to move on; the guy doesn't like her, there are more fish in the sea!
