You have a BMI of 20 which is in the "normal range". Your body weight is normal. You don't need to lose or gain any weight. Don't fool yourself into thinking you need to lose. You do that at first, you want to lose a bit of weight, and then it takes control and you suddenly have anorexia. You think you're fat even though you're just normal. It's really hard to get out of the anorexia mindset once you get into it. You feel guilty for eating. If you eat something bigger than usual you go for a run, do a hundred crunches etc. You have a normal body weight for your height, don't try to lose any weight.

Once you start starving it is an addiction and you can't stop. If you are overweight there are other ways to lose weight healthily. Please don't "try" anorexia or going on a fad diet once you stop you will gain all the weight back. Think about that the next time you think about starving.
