Well if you have a method of transportation, your best bet would be to just go and buy them yourself. I know for a fact that diapers are in my opinion a lot more comfortable than underwear, but that's my opinion. I actually do wear diapers because I want to, and I use them as well. Now as there is nothing wrong with using them, I will warn you that using them too often like I have, will lead to you becoming dependent on them like I have. Something along the lines that you know it, but can't hold it. because your body will get used to you knowing when you have to go, and releasing it where ever you're at.
If you don't have a method of transportation, I'd suggest asking someone that you trust that would understand to help you, or ask them for a ride to there and back, and have them bagged in paper.
That's how I would do it.
