im sorry to say i think your motor is toast and there is no quick fix either a replacment motor or a rebuild.
but you you could hope that you just have 3 stuck apex seals{very un-likely} in which case look up " that ATF treatment" it has a good track recored if this is your problem
rebuild or replace.....you have a serious issue there

Front disc minimum is 1.118" Rear min is .724"
On a 2001 Ford Expedition : The right rear rotor would be the passenger side rear brake rotor ( rotors are used with disc brakes )
In the gas tank. There's an access hatch located under the rear seat.
Rear is to the back of the vehicle. Brake rotor is the rotating part of a disc brake.
