There are a few solutions to this problem.
#1. Don't buy them
#2. Lock them away in a cabinet or where you cannot get to them, or ask a parent(unless you are an adult) to hide them where you cannot find them, at least until the addiction wears off.
#3. Find a healthier substitute. If you love chocolate and junk food, you can get low-calorie sugar-free fudgesicles. There are also Mr. Salty 100-calorie-pack CHOCO COVERED PRETZEL RINGS!!! I will bite your hand off if you eat my Mr. Salty.
#4. Bribe yourself. Eat only one pack or less each day for a week. At the end of the week, do something fun!
#5. Write a note and put it where you keep the m&m's. It will remind you that you are trying to cut down on those.
#6. Poison them. That way you will not be able to tell which packs are good and which are not, so you won't risk it.
If that doesn't help, nothing will. This is also good for twinkie, cookie, and other sugar addictions.
