it depends on what age they are and what type of milk u give them. if it is a really tiny baby mouse yes they need to drink milk. but if its fairly bgger and drinking water already it doesnt really matter. for the really small baby mice if it isn't drinking milk u can hand feed it with a small paintbrush. u need to buy animal milk formular and make a small amount up then heat it up (not to hot) and tap the brush in the mild and kindof force it in its mouth.
