Replace it.
When you put on the on/off button, you press on the sensor. Immediately, the receiver that gets radio station's live broadcasts activates. Then, when it gets the right one, it turns on the radio and you could listen to it.

Often when a car radio in not working a blown fuse is the culprit. It also could be a wiring problem or a defective radio.
You need to get the code for the radio in order to have it work. It's an anti-theft thing. I should talk about it in the car manual. If you don't have the code you can go to a dealer with the serial number of the radio and they can give it to you. You'll probably have to have some ID showing that you own the car.
