First thing I would do is check if its cable or hyd. If it is a cable, check to see if clutch cable housing is not rusted up causing cable to bind up.If pressure plate is warped it could cause it to be stiff
adjust the clutch cable on top of the trans. adjust the clutch cable on top of the trans.
first undo all the nuts that hold the clutch housing, then remove it. next undo all the bolts holding the clutch in place, remove clutch and put new one in place, replace bolts & tighten them very tight. next screw on the clutch housing (the nuts don't need to be as tight). Easy really, piece of cake in fact

Check the Clutch Tension in the book there should be some specs as to how tight it should be. It sounds like you have gotten it too tight.
The '96 200sx has no fluid for the clutch. This car has a cable operated clutch that needs to be adjusted. If the cable breaks the clutch will not disengage. If the clutch is getting tight it will need lubed. If lubing the cable doesn't work a new cable is needed.
need a clutch cable adjustment. it is likely that it is too tight
no
yes you can remove the fan clutch without removing the rad. it is tight but it can be done. it is easier with the Rad removed
This is a pain in the butt to do the space is soooo tight , just replaced cable and clutch bracket in a 2003, spend the $$ get someone to do it for you!
A Very Tight Place was created in 2008.
Basically all you gotta do is, at a stand still go to first gear, hold.in the clutch. Rev the engine to about 4-5 thousand. Simultaneously let out the clutch and floor the accelerator. Or... Rev up to the red and dump (lift clutch up very quick) the clutch, then hold on tight, be careful when reving to the red, too often could sheer the engine mounts or blow the cam which will cause the head to fail.
The clutch cable for the Citroen Berlingo could be snapping due to a sharp turn in the cable, or due to the clutch having a problem. Make sure that the clutch is operating smoothly, and the cable does not have any tight turns that might cause a kink in the system.
