What do you do if your crush likes you and your best friend is trying to make you look bad and your crush knows?

Just be calm. It's annoying and very frustrating when someone feels as though they need to make you look bad so they can look good. It's also very sad and very insecure. Let your friend continue to draw attention to themselves and their jealousy. It's really that simple. Focus on allowing your crush to show you if their interested or not. Defend yourself but don't make it appear as though your fighting over him/ her because sadly that's how it will look. Smile at your friend, laugh and nod at them often as if to say "I know what your trying to do here." Also though think about possibly distancing your self from your friend, and building up your own social network, it could be a number of things, they could be jealous, craving your attention, or it's reached that stage where you spend so much time with that person their starting to get on your nerves and they dont even know it.

Speak to them calmly when you can,ask them if something's bothering them and they'd like to talk about it. You are friends after all.
