Well if your ear does bleed then make sure that it doesn't get into the piercing which may cause into infection. Put pressure on the bleeding and it should stop and result in a scab. Hope this helps
The symptoms of ear bleeding would be blood coming from the ear or ears. Is the question more likely, "What are the causes of ear bleeding?"

go to the vet and get the ear stiched.
You shouldn't Email anybody. I would suggest you go to the vet. If they live with another Gerbil then I would strongly suggest that you separate them as they may have been fighting and the injury was caused from that. The ear will not continuously bleed as it should clot, but it may be that he/she is scratching it. So try to distract them with food, so the wound can at least scab over.
It depends on the size of it, and how deep - if it is really bleeding freely, or merely draining - draining is common after surgery, but if it truly bleeding, schedule a appointment with your doctor today/go to the emergency room.
