If they're a bad friend, or you just don't know them that well, stop being friends. If the one who's being made fun of is a bad or OK friend, if it wont hurt their feelings, stop being friends with them . If they're both nice friends who you've been pals with for a long time, talk it over, and tell them it matters a lot to you.
