nothing really if they appear to be okay than they are fine if they start to limp then they may have pulled a muscle or broken something my chinchilla falls all the time whither its off a chair or my dresser and she is fine so i wouldn't worry about it unless it is limping
May have wet tail. Check for diarrhea. If so, there is a product called Dry Tail that you can buy online or at some pet stores, but hurry - it can kill them fast. I always keep some on hand, just in case.
I took one with wet tail to the vet, paid a lot of money for antibiotics and special food. The hamster died anyway. The Dry Tail drops work much better.
The hamster is clearly having a problem with balance. I think that you need to take it to the vet to get it sorted out as it may need some medication.
Sadly, there is nothing that can be done, the hamster should be taken to the vet to be euthanised.
