nothing really if they appear to be okay than they are fine if they start to limp then they may have pulled a muscle or broken something my chinchilla falls all the time whither its off a chair or my dresser and she is fine so i wouldn't worry about it unless it is limping

∙ 12y agoMay have wet tail. Check for diarrhea. If so, there is a product called Dry Tail that you can buy online or at some pet stores, but hurry - it can kill them fast. I always keep some on hand, just in case.
I took one with wet tail to the vet, paid a lot of money for antibiotics and special food. The hamster died anyway. The Dry Tail drops work much better.

∙ 14y agoThe hamster is clearly having a problem with balance. I think that you need to take it to the vet to get it sorted out as it may need some medication.
