It should have a pop-up asking your quantity. You only need one, but you are welcome to stock up on them. Click buy and a green box should come up saying Purchase Was Completed or something. Head back to your Horses, on the Howrse that has Colic scroll to the healthcare and click on "treat" next to the red horse-head saying "*Horse Name* has colic" or whatever. It should alert you and tell you that you cured the colic and now your Howrse should be healthy!
