Head back to your Horses, on the Howrse that has Colic scroll to the healthcare and click on "treat" next to the red horse-head saying "*Horse Name* has colic" or whatever. It should alert you and tell you that you cured the colic and now your Howrse should be healthy!
Cows don't get colic. Horses do. As such, the question has no merit unless you're asking about a horse, not a cow.
