What do you do if your industrial piercing is bleeding after the second day?

That is normal because the scaffold is such as sensitive piercing. when i woke up the second day of my piercing it was bleeding because i had obviously knocked it in the night. Just clean the blood and make sure you keep the area clean to reduce chances of infection. As long as there is not tons of blood then don't worry about it! Your ear is just trying to adjust to the jewellery in it. Hope i helped :) xx

i went back to my body piercer and he had said that its just cause my hair was caught round the bar. But even when i am out with my friends or something it will just pour down my ear..
If anyone knows what the hell this is dont be shy to let me know lol :)

The following day; be careful not to "over clean" it, though. That will irritate the piercing just as much as not cleaning it.
Is it normal for an industrial piercing to bleed almost a week after its been done?
Bleeding is normal for any piercing. A piercing is a wound, and wounds bleed. The only way it would keep bleeding rather than heal is if you pick at it or play with it. Dont play with it! Also, do not overclean it. Dont clean it more than once per day, and clean it with antibacterial soap. If you are using salt soaks or salt water, stop!! This is irritating to your piercing and can severely dry it out.
How do you keep a industrial piercing from getting affected?
Rinse and clean the piercing twice daily with special clearer for piercings and clean the piercing at least once a day with a salt water mixture. This won't guarantee that your industrial won't get infected, but it will definitely help.

Mine did. Not as bad as it did right after it got pierced though.

it depends, just make sure you regularly clean it about 3 times a day

Don't use alcohol. It kills the healthy cells. Soak your piercing in a sea salt solution. Put a pinch of Natural Sea Salt into a shot glass of warm water. Do that 1-2 times a day to keep your piercing nice and healthy :D
