first i would see if any of my friends could come over if not there are other things to do like jump in a pool,hang with the fam,find a really fun website,rock out to some of your favorite hits,go on a run,(if you are allowed)bake some sweets or watch a movie!

You can try calmly expressing your feelings to your sister and her friend, explaining that you would like to join in and play with them. If they still don't let you, it's important to respect their decision and find something else to do on your own.
