Try holding Shift while pressing Tab. This should temporarily reverse the tab direction, and might cause the system to self-solve the problem. If not, you may be stuck using Shift+Tab every time unless you can find some obscure setting in the Control Panel, perhaps under Accessibility.

To make a backwards font on pcs, press ctrl/p first, then in the print dialog box, click on the properties button and if the basics tab shows, click it. If it is available, check the mirror image checkbox and click ok.
