<Shift><Tab> takes you backwards through the tab order instead of forwards.

Tab will move to the next cell and Shift-Tab will move to the previous cell. You can also use the arrow keys.
The shift click support always stays as shift and cannot be changed.
Assuming you mean that the pi is not within the sin(2pi), its a vertical shift of +pi
its for manual shift, slide the shifter over when in drive and you push the shifter up to + to shift up and down to - to down shift

Try holding Shift while pressing Tab. This should temporarily reverse the tab direction, and might cause the system to self-solve the problem. If not, you may be stuck using Shift+Tab every time unless you can find some obscure setting in the Control Panel, perhaps under Accessibility.
