First of all, try not to cry. Even if she/he shouts at you so loud you go deaf.
1. Tell another adult at school. If you have a school council maybe tell them. They can bring it up in a meeting.
2. Tell a parent or gardian. If your techer is that bad your reliable adult will have a word at school.
3. DONT panic. There are caring people all around you. Think of it as bullying, especially if you are being picked on.
4. If you have a class listening box write a small note in different handwriting. If it is you then put my friend and vice versa.
Now you can be brave and make sure you live your life well.
Respectfully confront the teacher that is doing it to you, tell them how they make you feel and that you want them to stop. If the teacher doesn't satisfy your concerns, involve parents or guardians. An abusive teacher need not be tolerated, in any case.
Recognize that you are in a state school, being indoctrinated, and rise above it. Give them they answers they want, while anticipating and preparing your own course in life, and learning what you need to know via other avenues--internet, etc. The MIT course are all on the web now, free to study.
Tell someone...preferably not the same teacher.
You can report a supervisor who is abusing his power to the website.
The word that has a similar meaning to abusing their power is "exploiting."
Seek out a family member to talk to about this. If you dont have a family member consider a local childrens charity or even a teacher
It depends if the detective is spying on you and abusing their power; you would retain a lawyer for this and press charges. If you know of a detective that abusing their power and have proof then report it to the police.

Using power involves utilizing authority or influence for a purpose that benefits others, while abusing power involves exploiting authority or influence for personal gain or to harm others. The key distinction lies in the intention behind the actions taken with the power in question.
Since it is a matter of law, the witness to an illegal act should contact the police. As a matter of courtesy, the witness might also let the principal know.
