You probably aren't in love if she won't talk to you; and unless both people are in love with each other, neither are in love. So if she won't talk to you, she probably doesn't love you and that means you don't love her. Understand my reverse psychology? I made it your fault she won't talk to you.

Understand that simply being attracted to someone does not define love. If the person you lust after is not willing to talk to you, than you cannot force a relationship (not even to the point of friendship, let alone beyond).

Find a new hobby, find new friends, do something else. Spending all of your time on someone that will not talk to you is only going to lead to obsession and that typically does not end well for anyone.

If you find this to be a pattern (and many girls will not talk to you), try examining your own lifestyle: hygiene, attitude, speech patterns, etc. Ask yourself what you can improve on in your own life that might make you more interesting for other people to talk to you.

First of all check if your doing anything wrong(specifacally), then talk to her, and buy her roses. Then take her somewhere nice, and tell her you love her, alot, and you should be fine.
