Well, you talk to a new Trainer named Buck, you takes back a Magma Stone. A Legendary Pokemon, Heatran, is there, so catch the nice Fire type. However, remember to talk to Buck, or the Heatran will not be there.
Also, there are lots of Trainers and Items there, so you can fill up lots of Pokedex entries, and get good Items, too!
