well, You go inside the phoning facility and if you are not a agent already, press the phone which is ringing, then you will see a target, hit it with a snowball and you will get a spy phone and you will be able to see a secret entrance to the EPF Command room. You go in and You can play the game "System Defender" which is a type of tower defense game.
