You must buy a membership for AdventureQuest, in order for the armor to become available in DragonFable. Once you have done that, you can then get the DragonFable version from the Guardian Tower in Falconreach. To get to the tower, go to Falconreach, where the tower should be visable from the distance, and click the sign next to the Inn. A menu will pop up, and one of the buttons that appear will say "Travel!". Click it, and then go to your left once the area is loaded, and there you go! You are now in font of the Falconreach Guardian tower! The armor will be on the second floor inside the Tower.

He will sell you them but at a hefty price, 28000 Gold. You will see only Lv 8 weapons, but these can be upgraded to Lv 40.
