Check the fuse first. If good, connect the horn to 12 volts to make certain it is working. If both of these are not the problem, you will need a service manual to troubleshoot the wiring and switch.
The horn relay is in the fuse box by the passengers left foot. Not sure how to get at it though

well you can start by pulling the fuse out for the horn or in the front under the hood near the radiator u can unplug the conecter . Tried that, didn't disconnect the horn.
