if someone hits you and you don't want to hit back then you have one solution.Just close your eyes and focus or try to meditate and control your agitation at that moment and try to calm yourself.The person before you will also get embarrassed.

∙ 8y agoWhy do they hit you. Is it because of what you say. Find out the reason for this and stop acting in the manner that hurts or offends them. But if they hit you out of nothing then you should warn them.
