Look at what is filling you memory and see if any files can be deleted because you no longer want them. Some games that have been purchased from the PlayStation Store that you no longer play them can be deleted and reloaded if you want them later. Of course you can also upgrade your harddrive or sell or give away your PS3 and Get the 320 GB PS3 with Move Bundle $350 or Undefeated 3 $300
You cant, you can make a media server on your PC and access the files on you PC from your PS3, or copy the data to a memory stick and insert it.
When I upgraded my HDD I bought an external HDD backed up ALL of the data on my PS3. Then I suppose you could copy that onto your PC. TO get it back to your PS3 system you would have to use an external HDD and just copy everything over. Or use lots of Memory Sticks.
go to your system setting and then find the memory, dont worry if it says less memory than what your ps3 was bought for, there is already information in the ps3 which takes up some storage Go to settings menu> system setting> system information and your PS3 Harddrive GB will be higher than the amount shown under available. My 320 GB has only 298 available. The PS3 harddrives were available new with 20, 40, 60, 80, 120, 160, 250, and 320 GB
Make sure you have created a ps1 memory card in your ps3 harddrive. im not by my PS3 but im pretty sure its in the game tab up top. just look around the menu for something to create a memory card.
Yes it takes up 1 gb in your memory
Unplug the ps3 wait 1min and plug the ps3 back in
Virtual memory management assist in the process of multitasking by providing extra memory when a computer has used up all its RAM. Virtual memory is however slower than RAM.
Yes. Virtual memory is used when there's not enough RAM in your system. It's just hard drive space that the PC sees as RAM. It is much much slower than RAM though. You could run out of memory if you are running enough programs that your use up all your RAM and your virtual memory is used up.
No not at all the ps3 only takes up a lot of downloads if you download demos, movies, trailers etc.
Yes. But you will need one with a lot of free memory. When I swapped my HDD I bought 1.5tb external HDD for like £80.00. To back it up, go into settings and find the place where you back it up. Connect your ipod to your ps3 with the USB cable. Back it up.
you level up to level 80
no it isn't
