The Fawful express only exists after you've beaten it as Giant Bowser. After he can walk around a little bit, it's in (and leads to): Underground Cave (where Bowser helped use the power drill earlier in the game) Toad Town Caves (where the digging led to) and the treasure room in Bowser's Castle (where the Fawful express started). It can only be walked by Bowser though because if Mario and Luigi try to walk it they will be blocked by giant rocks that only Bowser can break.
