If you are giving birth at home, you should get a midwife, or someone else expericenced in this. Lay on a bed, and get plenty of towels, and wear rubies to ease the pain. Open the windows, let the wind rush in. If you are the one giving birth, then follow the midwife's orders. If you are the midwife, search the internet for intructions. When the baby"ies" are out, wrap them in a blanket, and spank them, gently, if they are not crying. If they are blue it means they are not breathing, and you need to call someone. Afterward, rest and be sure to keep the babies warm.
