No one can lie in court. That is a big no..no. It is illegal, perjury, a felony punishable by up to 40 years incarceration in some states.

There is nothing you can do. The US Supreme Court has ruled that law enforcement officials are allowed to lie to people during the course of their investigation.
Not contempt BUT - If they knowingly told a lie in court - whether under oath or not - that is 'perjury' or 'attempting to pervert the course of justice' which is punishable by imprisonment !
